Fluffy long-lasting plumes up to 4.5 inches long begin a rich mauve shade and mature to a light rose pink and are excellent for cutting. Leaves are slender and blue-green, forming neat 12 inch tall clumps. A colorful, easy to grow addition to mixed borders, it also looks lovely in patio planters. Winter hardy to zone 8, or zone 7 with protection and can be grown as an annual everywhere.
