Savannah Sun marigolds bloom in great showy quantity all summer on sturdy, 3 ft. tall plants. Long, strong stems make Savannah Sun an ideal marigold for fresh cut flowers, festival decor and garlands. Excellent for creating masses of color in landscape beds and large borders.
Growing Savannah Sun Marigold Seeds
Sow marigold seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil and lightly cover. Kept at 70-75°F. germination is in 5-20 days. Transplant seedlings into the garden 8-18 in. apart (spacing is variety specific, and is on our packets) after all danger of frost.
