Creeping Baby's Breath Seeds
Gypsophila repens rosea
Trailing 4-8 in. tall plants spread to 2 ft. or more across and are covered with masses of delicate pink flowers all summer long. Easy to grow, they are excellent for edging paths or trailing over rocks and walls. Winter hardy to zone 3. Packet is ½ gram, about 500 seeds.
Growing Pink Baby's Breath Seeds
Sow seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil but do not cover. Needs light to germinate. Kept at 70-75°F., germination averages 2-4 weeks. Transplant into the garden 18 in. apart after all danger of frost.
